In this role, he will be responsible for the entire gamut of Human Resources for Symega. He will be part of the top leadership team driving the People Development and Organisational Transformation agenda across all divisions and businesses.
Dominic is a result-oriented, award-winning senior HR Leader with over 17 years of Human Resources enabling experience and over 10 years of HR leadership experience.
He holds commendable expertise in building innovative HR Processes, New teams, and HR Systems from scratch.
Dominic has Multi-Industry HR leadership exposure including Hospitality, Logistics, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Education, IT, and Security.

Prior to Symega Food Ingredients Ltd., he was associated with Vijay Raja Group as Group AVP & HEAD – People & Culture.
His earlier stints include working with SIS Group Enterprises, G4S, and Handiman Services Ltd.
He holds his Master in Business Administration from Bangalore University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vikram University.
