Technico Industries Appoints Mukesh Batra as CHRO

In his new role, Mukesh will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent development initiatives, workforce transformation programs, and organizational culture agenda as Technico accelerates its growth and manufacturing expansion plans.

Extensive Experience

A seasoned HR leader with over three decades of experience, Batra brings extensive expertise in human capital management, organizational transformation, industrial relations, leadership development, HR technology, and workforce planning.

Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse sectors including automotive manufacturing, electric vehicles, technology, logistics, hospitality, retail, telecom, and e-commerce.

Before joining Technico Industries, Batra served as Strategic HR Leader and CHRO at RK Business Group, where he led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives for a workforce of over 15,000 employees across hospitality, railway catering, healthcare, and real estate businesses.

Prior to that, he was Vice President – Human Resources at OPG Mobility (formerly Okaya EV) and Microtek Group, where he played a key role in supporting the organization’s transition into electric mobility and energy storage businesses.

His earlier leadership assignments include senior HR roles at Motherson Group, Rocket Internet Group, Videocon Group, Spice Group, HCL Technologies, CSAV Norasia, BaaN Software, and NIIT Technologies.
