United Breweries Appoints Parul Malhotra as Chief HR Officer

United Breweries has named Parul Malhotra as Chief Human Resources Officer (Director – People), effective July 01, 2026

In her new role, Parul will lead HR for the company. Her focus will be on building a flexible workforce, supporting an inclusive work culture, and aligning talent plans with the company’s long-term goals.

Extensive Experience

Parul brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources across different regions and industries. She joins from adidas, where she worked for over 18 years in several leadership roles.

Most recently, she was Senior Director HR for Southeast Asia, based in Singapore, where she handled HR strategy across a diverse market.

During her time at adidas, she held key roles such as HR Head for Thailand and HR Head for India. In these positions, she worked on improving team structure, building strong talent pipelines, and putting in place modern HR practices that matched global business goals.

She also held roles like Director HRM and Rewards, Senior Manager HR, and HR Manager, where she gained strong experience in performance management, pay strategy, and leadership development.

Before adidas, Malhotra worked at Keane and Patni Computer Systems, where she handled HR strategy and business support. She started her career with a summer internship at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.

She earned an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune, and holds a Sociology degree from Sri Venkateswara College.
