Manjira Das Elevated as Partner at KPMG Global Delivery Center

KPMG has elevated Manjira Das as Partner at KPMG Global Delivery Center (GDC) from her most recent role as Associate Partner.

Sharing the announcement on LinkedIn, Manjira said she was pleased to take on the new responsibility and expressed gratitude to her mentors and leadership teams for their continued trust and support. She credited Partho Bandopadhyay, the US AQPP leadership, and the broader GDC and US leadership teams for guiding her throughout her professional journey.

In her statement, Manjira noted that she looks forward to continuing close collaboration with teams across the organization to deliver impact, uphold quality standards and values, and contribute meaningfully to clients and the firm’s long-term growth. She also thanked colleagues and associates who supported her career progression over the years.

Extensive Experience

Manjira brings more than two decades of experience in auditing, practice development, process transformation, and people management. Before being elevated as Partner, she served as Associate Partner at KPMG Global Delivery Center from 2022 to 2026 and earlier held the position of Director at the organization between 2016 and 2022.

During her tenure, she played a key role in establishing and scaling offshore industry practices, leading large teams, driving quality frameworks, and spearheading centralization and standardization initiatives. She also contributed significantly to innovation-led audit procedures, training programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining KPMG GDC, Das spent over 11 years with PwC India in leadership roles across audit and advisory functions.

She is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
