Apple Partner Consolidated Appoints Rohith Kumar as CHRO

One of India’s leading Apple partners, Consolidated, has appointed Rohith Kumar as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He assumed the role in July 2026 and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

In his new role, Rohith leads Consolidated’s people strategy as the company continues to expand its operations as one of India’s leading Apple partners.

Extensive Experience

Rohith Kumar brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, having led people and talent functions across the retail, fashion, food service and consumer sectors.

Before joining Consolidated, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arvind Fashions Limited from February 2025 to April 2026. Prior to that, he was Chief People Officer at Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. between February 2023 and February 2025, where he led the company’s people strategy.

Earlier, he was Head of Human Resources at Landmark Group’s SPAR India (Max Hypermarket India Pvt. Ltd.) from 2020 to 2023. He also spent nearly a decade at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as Head – Retail HR, overseeing HR initiatives for the company’s retail business.

His career also includes a business leadership assignment as Head – Offline Business at Lenskart, in addition to his early HR experience at HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd., where he worked across multiple HR functions in a generalist role.

Rohith holds an MBA in HR from Alliance Business School, Bengaluru, and a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from VLB Janakiammal College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore.
