Atain Appoints Gurjeet Singh as SVP and Global Head – Talent Acquisition

Atain, formerly known as IGT Solutions has appointed Gurjeet Singh as Senior Vice President and Global Head – Talent Acquisition.

In his new role, Gurjeet will lead global talent acquisition strategies across more than 30 delivery centers with a focus on improving recruitment efficiency. He will also work on aligning human intelligence with AI-driven hiring capabilities to attract customer experience and technology talent.

In addition, he will support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s employer brand.

Extensive Experience

Gurjeet brings more than two decades of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and workforce transformation across the IT, BPO, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Before joining Atain, he served at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, where he led talent acquisition functions for India, the UK, and Europe. During his tenure, he managed volume hiring, technology recruitment, and automation-focused hiring strategies.

Over the years, he has worked with several leading organizations, including IKS Health, Concentrix, Edifecs, Wipro Limited, and iYogi. His experience spans recruitment for technology, engineering, BFSI, telecom, healthcare, analytics, and multilingual support functions.

Gurjeet has also led initiatives around low-cost hiring channels, campus hiring, employee referrals, and recruitment process automation.

His expertise includes handling large-scale hiring operations, vendor management, compliance audits, and strategic workforce planning.

Gurjeet holds an MBA from Suresh Gyan Vihar University and a diploma in Electronics and Communication from Delhi Technological University.
