Experian Appoints Nidhi Arora as Country HR Head

Experian has elevated Nidhi Arora as Country HR Head, expanding her responsibilities after more than three years with the company in senior HR roles.

In her new role, Nidhi will oversee the HR function in India, covering talent management, employee engagement, HR processes, performance management, learning, diversity and inclusion, and workforce development.

Extensive Experience

Nidhi joined Experian in 2022 as Human Resources Director – Global Innovation Centre and became Head of HR in 2023. In these roles, she worked on talent acquisition, HR processes, employee engagement, performance management and people initiatives for the company’s India operations.

Before Experian, Nidhi was Head of HR at HSBC for about two years. She had earlier spent nearly eight years with S&P Global, where she held the roles of HR Head – India and Deputy Director – HR.

Her work included supporting businesses across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Gurgaon, along with responsibilities for diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and learning.

Earlier, she spent more than five years with NCR Corporation as HR Business Partner – APAC, supporting software engineering teams across India, China and the Philippines. She also worked as HR Manager at Oracle Corporation for about a year.

She began her career as an HR Generalist in the IT sector and has more than two decades of HR experience.

Nidhi holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai. She also completed a General Management and Leadership programme at INSEAD.
