adidas Appoints Neelam Kishanpuria as Director – HR Services, Emerging Markets

Global sportswear company adidas has appointed Neelam Kishanpuria as Director- HR Services – Emerging Markets, based in Gurugram, Haryana.

In her new role, she will lead HR services initiatives across adidas’ emerging markets, focusing on operational excellence, employee experience, payroll governance, and process transformation.

Extensive Experience

Neelam joins adidas after a distinguished career spanning more than 16 years across payroll management, HR operations, compliance, and employee services.

Prior to this appointment, she spent over 11 years with BlackRock, where she most recently served as Director – Payroll from January 2024 to June 2026.

Before that, she held the position of Vice President- Payroll for nearly nine years, leading payroll operations and driving transformation initiatives across the organization.

Earlier in her career, Neelam worked with UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Payroll Analyst, managing payroll and compliance processes for India and the Philippines.

She also served as a Payroll Specialist at Aon Hewitt, where she handled payroll operations for Hindustan Coca-Cola employees across India, managed employee benefits, processed final settlements, and conducted payroll training programs.

She began her professional journey as a Relationship Manager at iTrust Financial Advisors Pvt Ltd., gaining experience in client relationship management, financial planning, and tax advisory services.

Neelam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Noida (2007–2009) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Kolkata (2002–2005).
